AmericanAGI is committed to absolute data sovereignty. All personal information collected through this site and our services is processed and stored exclusively on American soil, within CONUS data centers operated under U.S. jurisdiction. No data is transferred to, processed by, or accessible from foreign servers, networks, or entities.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide:
- Waitlist registrations: email address, name, organization, area of interest
- Contact submissions: name, email, organization, message content
- Briefing requests: name, email, organization, title, agency/unit, clearance level, briefing topic
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address, name, topic preferences
We also collect standard analytics data: page views, referral source, viewport dimensions, and page load timing. No third-party tracking pixels or cookies are used.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Process and respond to your requests and inquiries
- Manage waitlist positioning and early access programs
- Send operational updates related to services you've registered for
- Improve site performance and user experience via anonymized analytics
- Verify clearance levels and organizational affiliations for classified briefing requests
4. Data Protection
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted to authorized personnel with appropriate clearance levels. We conduct regular security audits aligned with NIST SP 800-53 controls.
5. Data Retention
Waitlist and contact data is retained for the duration of our relationship plus 24 months. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized within 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@americanagi.cc.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with U.S. government entities only when legally required or when necessary to fulfill classified briefing requests you have initiated.
7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
